2. Introduction These policies govern all reservations, bookings, stays, and services provided by Vicky’s Lodge, Komenda (“the Lodge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

3. By making a reservation, staying at the Lodge, or using our services, guests (“you” or “the guest”) agree to comply with these terms and conditions

5. Reservation & Booking Policy 2

6.1 Reservation Confirmation • All room reservations are subject to availability

7. • A reservation is considered confirmed only after payment (full or partial, where applicable) has been received and confirmation has been issued by the Lodge

8. • Verbal or phone reservations without payment are tentative and may be released if payment is not received within the stated time

10.2 Payment Terms • Payment may be required in advance, upon arrival, or as otherwise communicated at the time of booking

11. • Accepted payment methods may include cash, mobile money, or bank transfer, subject to availability

12. • All rates are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise

14.3 Rates & Taxes • Room rates include applicable service charges unless otherwise stated

15. • Government taxes, levies, or statutory charges imposed by Ghanaian authorities may apply and are subject to change without prior notice

17. Check-In & Check-Out • Check-In Time: From 1:00 AM • Check-Out Time: By 12:00 PM Early Check-In / Late Check-Out • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges

20. Cancellation & Refund Policy 4

21.1 Cancellation by Guest • Cancellations must be communicated in writing or via official contact channels of Vicky’s Lodge

22. • Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation: Cancellation Period Refund Status 48 hours or more before check-in Refund or reschedule (less applicable charges) Less than 48 hours before check-in No refund No-show No refund 4

23.2 Refund Processing • Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible

26.3 Lodge Cancellation • In rare cases where the Lodge must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a full refund or rescheduling without penalty

28. House Rules 5

29.1 Guest Conduct • Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward staff, other guests, and property

30. • Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited

32.2 Property Use & Damage • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Lodge property during their stay

33. • The Lodge reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement, or cleaning of damaged items

35.3 Visitors • Non-resident visitors are not allowed into guest rooms without prior approval from management

36. • The Lodge reserves the right to restrict visitor access for security and safety reasons

38.4 Safety & Security • Guests must comply with all safety instructions and security procedures

39. • The Lodge shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence

41. Food & Beverage Policy • Outside food or drinks may be restricted in certain areas of the Lodge

42. • Food and drinks ordered from Vicky’s Lodge must be paid for as agreed at the time of order

44. Children & Minors • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times

45. • The Lodge is not responsible for accidents caused by lack of supervision

47. Right of Admission Vicky’s Lodge reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund where guests violate these policies, engage in unlawful conduct, or pose a risk to others or property

49. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Ghana, Vicky’s Lodge shall not be liable for indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from a guest’s stay, except where caused by gross negligence

51. Governing Law These policies shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana
